ARCA Top Handle Kit (RED Komodo, Komodo-X, V-Raptor) includes the ARCA Top Mount (RED Komodo, Komodo-X, V-Raptor) and ARCA Top Handle.
ARCA Top Mount ( Komodo, Komodo-X, V-Raptor) attaches to two 1/4-20 screws on the top of Komodo, Komodo-X, V-Raptor cameras. On Komodo-X, two included M4 screws can be used to attach the Top Mount to the rear portion of the camera top. Note that for the V-Raptor, it is only compatible with the forward set of top screw holes.
Using the center ARCA Swiss standard slot, ARCA Top Handle and ARCA Top Plate (114mm) can be top-loaded or installed from the back by sliding in. When sliding in from the back, a safety pin will engage with a pop when properly installed. Adjust the position, then lock the ratcheting thumbscrew. Top-loading can be achieved by loosening the thumbscrew, pulling out on the ratcheting knob, and turning the thumbscrew until ARCA clamp has opened fully. Reverse the process to tighten.
Top mount also has 1/4-20, 3/8-16 with ARRI locating pins, and M4x20mm holes for mounting accessories.
ARCA Top Handle is a lightweight sliding camera handle that attaches to ARCA Top Mount (RED Komodo, Komodo-X, V-Raptor) and has 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 mounting holes with ARRI locating pins in standard spacing. M4x20mm threaded holes available on multiple sides for attaching Rod Bracket (15mm LW) or other ARRI M4 accessories. Hot shoe mount on the front and rear for on-camera lights, microphones, and other shoe accessories.
If you would like to use this on the Kinefinity MAVO mark2, you will also need the Top Mount Adapter (Kinefinity MAVO mark2)
